After two installments of our German Dinner Club featuring first Rouladen and then German sausages, it was time for Schnitzel. Rich prepared three of our favorite schnitzels and we all sampled one of each. Jagerschnitzel, Wienerschnitzel, and Paprikaschnitzel were accompanied by German red cabbage, Kartoffel Kloesse (potato dumplings), and Spargels (white asparagus). Susan contributed German bread, Barbara furnished the Zeller Schwarze Katz wine, and Nancy brought and constructed a fabulous four layer chocolate raspberry cake. Wow! What a feast! In true German fashion, we sat around the table and talked for hours!
